- CHALLENGE
- The visitor app and the tenants' content workflows were disconnected, creating heavy operational load.
- SOLUTION
- We built the official app (coupons, stamp rallies) and the tenant CMS as one system — down to the in-store QR reader device.
- OUTCOME
- Tenants now update their own content, reducing the operator's workload.
